Robert Burns has been announced as the director of the Home Region Program which has helped make northwest Arkansas one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. One Delta town has seen tremendous transformation since being purchased by investor Gaylon Lawrence Jr. Lawrence has helped develop Wilson, AR into a place that attracts people from all across the region with its restaurant, museum, school, and upscale shops.
